KD Consulting was founded in 2006 when Kristin Daley left a 16-year career with larger consulting firms to begin serving clients independently. She has been providing strategic consulting services to clients in consumer industries since 1990, when she joined Swander, Pace & Co., and she continued her strategy consulting career with Kurt Salmon Associates following the merger of those two firms. Her passion has always been, and continues to be, consumer business strategy creation. Kristin personally provides services to all her clients. Supporting work is often provided by consultants drawn from her network of colleagues. Team members are selected based on their specific background and experience as best suits each client’s specific needs. We see our role as agents of change and put a strong emphasis on helping clients implement the recommendations we make. Our working style is highly collaborative - we do not have solutions or products in search of applications, but rather are committed to working closely with clients to understand the root causes of a problem or the unique nature of an opportunity. We pride ourselves on our success in developing effective and lasting working relationships and have proven our ability to help companies prosper and add strategic value in even the most competitive environments.
